Management Consultant & Coach


Gerd Loeffler coaches individuals and teams in complex systems. Through his practical experience he connects the relevant influencing factors that are made up of management, the team and the client. Thereby, he ensures a leadership and communication culture that sustainably affects positive organisational and personal development. Where necessary, he works together with long-term partners who possess vaarious competences and experiences.

His services have already been awarded a number of times with the "Internnational German Training Prize" of the BDVT (professional association for trainers, consultants and coaches).

His book "Strategic Talent Management" will be released in Spring 2017 at the Beltz-Verlagsgruppe, Weinheim. He wrote it together with his long-term work colleague Sybille Nagler.

From practice for the use practice

Gerd Loeffler has worked as a manager in a large bank for many years, working in a variety of functions. He acquired his skills working as a financial consultant and team leader, later in human resources development and sales development. He then over the management of human resources and marketing development in the bank. In this role he was responsible for the qualification of managers and leaders, talent programmes for young professionals, as a project manager for sales development programmes, sales and marketing programmes and train the trainer programs for in-house sales trainers.

For more than 15 years, Gerd Loeffler is working an independent management consultant, trainer and coach. He is active in various companies and sectors nationally as well as internationally.

Gerd has professional qualifications and training courses as a management trainer (key aspects: group dynamics, transaction analysis, conflict management and individual and group coaching) and operates as an executive consultant for systematic organisation development, strategic consultancy and sales training.
Education in business economics complete his profile.

He studied and further trained solely at renowned institutes such as Team Dr. Rosenkranz (Munich), University St. Gallen/Executive School/CH, Baden Württembergische Sparkassen Academy, German Sparkassen Academy (Bonn), BDVT (Association of Sales Trainers.), OISE – Business-Language-Coaching (San Francisco), Berlitz – Business-Language-Coaching (San Francisco) and Hay-Group (Frankfurt).
